Titanium Forgings
Titanium forged rings, discs and blocks — ring OD 100–1800 mm, wall from 10 mm, discs φ50–1500 mm — per ASTM B381 / ASME SA381 in Gr2, Gr5, Gr9 and Gr12, forged at the Baoji network and optionally machined to your drawing.

Hot forgingPress/ring-rolling at the production base; grain flow oriented to load paths.
Heat treatmentAnneal, solution + ageing per the material spec you name.

Standards & Classes
ASTM B381 covers titanium forgings in classes by service; specify class and we quote accordingly. Large valve bodies, flange rings, pressure-vessel components and shaft blanks are the usual orders.
Order by Drawing
Send STEP/DWG/PDF — forging + machining is usually quoted as one line item. Related: flanges and machined parts.
Forging press capacity and NDT coverage are executed by our production partners; we describe capability, not assets.
FAQ
What is the smallest forged ring you make?
Rings around 100 mm OD are practical; below that, bar or plate machining is usually cheaper.
Do you provide forging with machining?
Yes — single-order forging + CNC is our standard way to quote valve bodies and flange rings.
Can you ultrasonically test large rings?
UT is available at the production base; state the acceptance standard with the enquiry.
