Titanium Bar & Rod
Titanium round bar from φ3 to φ350 mm — drawn, rolled, forged, turned or ground — in Gr1–Gr5, Gr7, Gr9, Gr12 and Gr23 per ASTM B348. Saw-cut lengths with documentation; small CNC-shop orders welcome.
Specification Table
| Item | Range |
|---|---|
| Diameter | φ3 – φ350 mm (mainstream φ5–150; large forged bars to φ500 on request) |
| Length | Cut-to-length; mill random 1000–4000 mm |
| Grades | Gr1 Gr2 Gr3 Gr4 Gr5 (TC4) Gr7 Gr9 Gr12 Gr23 |
| Form | Round; square and hexagonal bar on request |
| Surface | Mill / turned / ground |
| Condition | M / R / Y — see below |
| Tolerance | h9/h11 typical on turned bar; per standard for mill finish |
| Code | Meaning | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| M | Annealed — softest, most formable | Forming, machining stock |
| R | Solution treated | Gr5 balanced strength/toughness |
| Y | Cold worked / aged | Higher strength applications |
Standards
ASTM B348 (wrought bar basis), ASTM B381 for forged bar, AMS 4928 when your drawing calls the aerospace material spec, plus GB/T equivalents (TC4 = Gr5). We quote against the standard you specify.
Supply Conditions Explained: R / M / Y
R = solution treated, M = annealed, Y = cold worked/aged. Gr5 bar is commonly supplied annealed or solution-treated + aged (STA); tell us which condition your process needs.
Cut-to-Length & Sawn Ends
Bandsawn lengths to your list — a practical way for machine shops to buy 20–200 bars instead of a mill run. Sawn ends are rough-cut; turned and ground stock removes the decarb layer before your first pass.

Medical & Precision Context
GB/T 13810 and ASTM F136 are the specs medical-component buyers cite. We supply material against published standards; qualification and acceptance remain per project — we do not claim device certifications.
Applications
Shafts and valve stems for marine service; billet for CNC parts; Gr9 for bicycle and sporting frames; Gr5 for high-strength everything.
