Tolerance & Finish Basis
Machining tolerances and surface finishes follow your drawing callouts; we confirm achievable bands before quoting (general machining IT grades are routine; tighter on request). Anodising and colour treatments available on Gr5 hardware lines.
Materials We Quote
Gr1–Gr5, Gr7, Gr9, Gr23 — from our own bar, plate and forging lines (that's the supply advantage: material + machining under one roof of coordination). Start from stock forms: bar · plate · forgings.
How We Handle Your Drawings
Customer drawings stay inside our quoting workflow; we can sign your NDA format. We never publish client drawings or part numbers.
TBC: sampling lead time and drawing-retention policy are confirmed per engagement.
FAQ
What is the minimum quantity for machined parts?
From a handful of prototypes to production runs — cost per piece is the curve, not a hard MOQ.
Can you machine Gr5 in the annealed or STA condition?
Both; specify condition on the drawing or we confirm at quote.
Do you inspect against my drawing?
Yes — first article and final inspection reports; critical dimensions measured and documented.
Which file formats do you accept?
DWG, STEP, IGES or PDF with dimensions. Model + PDF pair is ideal.
Can you anodise in colours?
Gr5 hardware anodising is common for motorsport; colours are batch-dependent.
