Titanium Tube & Pipe
Seamless and welded titanium tube and pipe — OD 3–325 mm, wall 0.5–20 mm, lengths to 8 m — quoted to ASTM B338, B861, B862 and B163 for heat exchangers, desalination and chemical process service.
Seamless vs Welded — Which Do You Need?
| Seamless (B338/B861) | Welded (B862) | |
|---|---|---|
| How it's made | Pilgered/drawn from a solid shell | Formed from strip, seam welded |
| Best for | High pressure, bending, severe service | Large diameters, consistent walls, cost control |
| Size economics | Small ODs efficient | Efficient at larger OD & thin wall |
| Buyer mistake | Paying for seamless you don't need | Using welded where code requires seamless |

Heat-Exchanger Tubes
OD 20–60 × wall 0.6–3.0 mm, lengths to 8000 mm, hydrostatic or eddy-current tested at the production base per the ordered standard — the workhorse Gr2 condenser tube line.
Capillary & Small Bore
OD 0.8–6 mm small-bore tube for instrumentation and filter assemblies; usually drawn, sold by coil or straight length.
Testing
Hydrostatic, ultrasonic and eddy-current testing are performed at the production base to the standard you order to. We never describe third-party test equipment as our own.
Lengths & End Preparation
Cut lengths with plain, bevelled or threaded ends; bundling, plug-capping and wooden-case export packing. Send tube schedule (OD × wall × L × qty) for an exact quote.
Fittings From Our Own Stock Photos
Titanium elbows, bent tubes and square tube — commonly bought together with pipe runs for marine and chemical installs.
