Titanium Wire
Titanium wire from 0.1 to 8.0 mm in annealed, half-hard or hard temper, per ASTM B863 in Gr1–Gr5 (plus Gr7 and spring-grade Gr9). Coils, spools and sawn lengths, with welding-wire options on request.

Welding Wire
AWS A5.16 filler designations (ERTi-1, ERTi-2, ERTi-5...) are the standard naming for titanium TIG filler. We arrange matching filler wire with your base material; confirm the exact AWS class on enquiry.
Applications
Fastener blanks (linked to our fastener line), springs and eyewear frames in Gr9, anode leads and mesh for electrochemical service, welding filler for fabrication shops.
